About RocketX Labs

RocketX Labs is an incubation programme for the promising projects in the Blockchain & DeFi space. A team of research analysts and RocketX community together scouts for the best up & coming projects and presents to $RVF token holders to get an opportunity to be early investors in private/public token sale.

RocketX incubator gives the power to Retail Investors to be able to “vote” on which projects to be incubated by RocketX Labs & also to participate in quality projects with high potential at an early stage. The participant needs to HODL a min. 10,000 $RVF tokens to be eligible to “vote” for the project.

The no. of $RVF required to be held to be eligible for allocation will be announced before the snapshot. The participant must register with RocketX and complete KYC to be eligible to participate in token sale.

Introducing “RocketX 10K Club” Community

We are delighted to launch a premium telegram community where the projects will be shared first and approved by ALL strong HODLers of $RVF via a “Vote”. The group members would voluteer to do research on up & coming projects and share with the group.

Once the project is shared, there will be a voting process, if the project needs to be incubated under “RocketX Labs” and majority should vote to proceed with the incubation.

Below are the steps involved in finalising the project to be incubated:

1. To start with, all those who hold min. of 10,000 $RVF tokens on all the networks (Ethereum/Polygon/BSC) put together need to fill the google form https://forms.gle/SqsGxz2ZehqeySS18 for the team to verify and add to the Premium TG Group. Going forward the members need to stake 10,000 RVF tokens to be able to continue in the premium group.
2. Eligible members will be invited to join the “RocketX 10K Club” telegram group where the quality projects, researched by the comunity itself & RocketX team of analysts, will be shared first for the community to vote.
3. IF the community votes for the project atleast 51% or above, then RocketX team approaches the project to get a private pool for the community.

Advantages of joining RocketX 10K Club

• Fully decentralised — for the community & by the community
• Serves as a pltform for the community to share each other’s research on upcoming projects and help brainstorm and handpick the best projects with highest potential
• It is not possible as an individual to get the allocation in private rounds, rather as a strong community you have the power of a VC.
• Once the project is finalised by community, RocketX team gets in touch with the project and try to get a private pool for the community & handles the legal aspects to get the agreement with the project as a re-seller.
• Token sale participants do the KYC via RocketX app and RocketX facilitates the fund raising for the private pool. The project receives the funds and distributes the tokens as per the vesting schedule directly to the participants.
• A 10% fee will be applicable on the contribution amount and the fee will be utilised to add liquidity or buy $RVF from open market and Burn!
